On the other hand, Tenma's other classmate, Harima Kenji (who is a delinquent) is also in love with Tenma. Not being able to confess his feelings, Harima gets depressed day by day.

However, Kato Masaku, who was a classmate in his elementary days, suddenly gets onto the train tracks from the train platform to help the man. Being asked for help, Kei reluctantly began to help him. But when they got the man onto the platform, the train came. They must have been killed by the train, but they were transferred into a room of a condominium in a moment. There, they found a black sphere and people who supposed to be dead like Kei. They couldn't get out of the room, and they couldn't even touch the wall. What is the room? What is this ball?

After he was defeated by Ayano, his father banish him from the house in disgrace. Kazuma runs off and changes his surname to Yagami. He forms a contract with the spirit of wind and becomes a powerful wind user. 4 years later, he returns. Some killings in the Kannagi house by a powerful wind user lead Ayano and the Kannagi house into thinking Kazuma is taking revenge. Although claiming to be innocent, Kazuma is preparing for an all out war with Kannagi.

It was made into anime to celebrate 2002 FIFA World Cup which will be co-hosted by Japan and Korea. The story focuses on Kazamatsuri Sho, one of the best junior high school soccer player. The theme of the anime is youth, friendship, a hero who try hard without giving up his dream to be the best soccer player and his team mates.

X (the TV series) basically explains what happened in X 1999 (the movie) in more detail and greater depth. X, the TV series, introduces all the main characters who are involved in the battle of Dragon of Heaven vs Dragon of Earth one by one. Here is the summary on the plot from the movie:
At the millennial edge, the concluding battle for humanity's future is staged. Kamui Shirou's destiny has been decided as he returns to Tokyo to face his ultimate challenge.
